Ky Darling Flat Iron Steak
Why Flat Iron Steak?
The flat iron steak is one of our personal favorites! It is a cut from the shoulder of the cow and is most loved because of it’s extreme tenderness and ease of preparation! There are many ways to cook this cut and many dishes it can easily be added to, like fajitas! We love it simply seasoned and grilled for just a few minutes per side to get a beautiful medium rare doneness, and cut into strips like seen in the photo. Other popular cooking techniques are pan seared and some even marinate and cook it in the oven! One of our juicy flat iron steaks will feed 2 to 4 people depending on how hungry you are, or how delicious you find it to be!
