Absolutely one of my favorite outfits this black mock neck top pares well with this high waisted skater skirt. Its a true work of art with bold brush stroke textile. Just because this skirt is a bold print dosen't mean you can have fun with a bold tight as well.  worn with a vintage leather purse and lace up heels.
