If your anything like me then you never want to see turkey ever again! So here are 3 ways you can use your left over turkey with out haven to know its even turkey! 4 stalks celery, onion

One: The traditional chicken noodle turkey style! Here's a rough recipe feel free to change things to your liking it will also depend on how much turkey you have and how much soup you want.

2 box's chickenbroth or veggie stock, 1 bag frozen peas, hand full of mushrooms 3 large carrots, wedge on cabbage, onion, 2-4 cloves of garlic, twig of rosemary, salt, pepper.

Prep your veggie's chop and slice as you please. In a large pot bring to boil your stock, place you chopped carrots, onions salt pepper and garlic let it boil for 5 minutes then add mushrooms, cabbage, peas, and that dry ass turkey your so tired of. Let it boil another 5-10 minutes till your carrots are tender I like mine with a bit of crunch but hey I'm not going to tell you how to eat your soup. remove the rosemary and its ready to eat!

Two: Turkey Quesadilla! in a skillet warm oil or butter I used olive oil.  place tortilla in pan I used a corn tortilla, sprinkle cheese on tortilla mozzarella or gouda are great for this. Add turkey, chopped  tomato green pepper and …

Two: Turkey Quesadilla! in a skillet warm oil or butter I used olive oil.  place tortilla in pan I used a corn tortilla, sprinkle cheese on tortilla mozzarella or gouda are great for this. Add turkey, chopped  tomato green pepper and thyme. When the cheese is melted and the tortilla in golden brown take it out of the pan. Place more oil in pan and add another tortilla in pan then add the frist side with it's mate in the the pan, cook till that side is golden brown.

Now this one is my favorite! Turkey vegetable curry, I chopped all the vegg I wanted. 2 Zucchini, orange pepper, onion, asparagus, spinach, tomato and red pepper.  Saute in coconut oil till tender throw in turkey add 3 tablespoons on greek plain yogurt, 1/2 cup of coconut milk and 2 teaspoons on turmeric, 3 tea spoons curry, 1 tea spoon of  cinnamon. let it cook down and eat! Curry is the perfect fix to let you forget that you have way to much turkey!
